ZGT high-density Optical Distribution Frame (ODF) solution provides modular fiber routing, splicing, and patching for telecom networks & data centers.
ZGT's High-density Optical Distribution Frame (ODF) Solution is engineered for efficient fiber termination, splicing, and distribution in data centers, telecom central offices, and FTTX networks. It combines modular design with high port density, providing a scalable and organized platform for managing large volumes of fiber connections while ensuring reliable optical performance and simplified maintenance.
01|High Port Density
The ODF supports up to 1U 144 fiber terminations with LC adapters, or 1U 96 fiber terminations with SC adapters, maximizing rack space utilization without compromising accessibility or cable management.
02| Modular & Scalable Design
Modular splice trays and adapter panels allow flexible configuration and easy capacity expansion. The system can be scaled from partial to full load as network demands grow, protecting initial investment.
03|Integrated Cable Management
Horizontal and vertical cable routing guides, bend radius control, and dedicated patch cord channels ensure neat fiber routing, minimize stress on fibers, and simplify moves, adds, and changes (MACs).
04| Multiple Adapter Compatibility
Compatible with LC, SC, FC, and ST adapters, supporting both single-mode and multimode fibers. Adapter panels are easily replaceable without special tools.
05| Robust Protection
Powder-coated steel or aluminum housing provides mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Optional front doors and locking mechanisms enhance security and dust protection for critical fiber infrastructure.
06| Easy Installation & Maintenance
Tool-free splice tray access and front-side operation simplify installation and maintenance. Removable panels and clear labeling enable quick identification and troubleshooting of individual fibers.
07|Standard Compliance
Designed and tested in accordance with Telcordia GR-326, IEC, and TIA/EIA standards. RoHS compliant materials meet global environmental requirements.
